Dwarf Jade Beauty is one of the 9 new dwarf tomato varieties released in 2011 by the Dwarf Tomato Project. This variety and Tasmanian Chocolate were the two heaviest producers of the new dwarf tomato releases. I like sweet tomatoes so I didn’t care for the tartness of these green-when-ripe tomatoes, but my neighbor preferred them over the sweeter varieties for making her green salsa. If you want plenty of small-to-medium size tomatoes with a bite, and are limited in growing space, this 4 foot compact plant is a great choice for you.
