“Barossa Fest” is a 2017 release of the Dwarf Tomato Project. This pretty pale yellow salad is a segregate of a cross between Golden Dwarf Champion and Green Giant. My tasting notes recorded that Barossa Fest fruits have succulent flesh with a sweet flavor that is not insipid. It reminded me of the sparkling white grape juice (without the fizz) that my daughter drinks to welcome the New Year. The epidermis is clear, so this is a white tomato rather than a lemon yellow or golden yellow.
