“Sweet Aperitif” is a yummy little cherry (almost like a currant…the leaves are quite frilly, so I do not know if this is actually a currant or not) tomato from England. There are rave reviews about its sweet and tangy flavor from vendors all over the internet, and I found nothing to disagree with their claims. This is a wonderful little cherry. It is quite small though, which I prefer, but not everyone does. I did notice that Harris Seeds calls this an F1 (hybrid), but it is open pollinated, not a hybrid. I am growing it again this winter to see if I can increase my stock before next summer.
