“Sweet Ozark Orange” grew as a perfect salad tomato for me with no cracking or blemishes/catfacing. It was in a 5 gallon pot, so it is likely that it makes a fair-sized beefsteak in better conditions. Sweet Ozark Orange has the most gorgeous soft apricot orange color from the clear epidermis…it is rare that I see a clear epidermis in an orange tomato. It also has excellent turgid flesh and a sweet taste, quite sufficient quality to stand alone as a fresh eater. This one is not an heirloom (yet), as it comes from a cross of Dr. Wyche's Yellow x German Red Strawberry made in 2009.
