I grew them side by side in the same sized pot this season. They were sowed at the same time and set out at the same time. Tiny Tiger fruited at least three weeks before Tigerette; however, both varieties set abundant amounts of small red fruits with gold stripes.<br \/>\nTiny Tiger\u2019s plants were 16\u201d to 18\u201d tall in pickle buckets. Tigerette\u2019s plants were 13\u201d to 15\u201d tall, also in pickle buckets. Tiny Tiger\u2019s leaves were regular rugose; Tigerette\u2019s leaves were bright chartreuse regular rugose. Tigerette shows the flesh and gel colors of the high crimson gene, but Tiny Tiger is regular red flesh. Tiny Tiger\u2019s fruits were 1 to 1.5 ounces, and best enjoyed earlier than dead ripe. I found their texture too soft at dead ripe to be pleasant.<br \/>\nI believe that Tiny Tiger can be grown as a micro-dwarf in a small pot, as it is early enough to possibly fruit before the plant growth reaches the overhead lights if indoors.
