“Coyote” has a unique fruity “sweet-tart” flavor that I love. It is a crazy producer of tiny pale yellow currant-sized fruits. Coyote is described as growing wild in Mexico. If you want to walk through your garden munching on handfuls of little bursts of fruity flavor, this is a good tomato for you to grow. I added a picture to show how the color becomes a deeper, creamy yellow when the fruits are allowed to ripen on the plant in the heat. When ripened on the counter indoors, there maintains a bit of a greenish cast although the flavor appears to be unaffected. NOTE: I germ tested my seeds carefully because some currant-types are notorious for poor germination. These seeds germinated at 100% but took a period of 18 days to reach that 100%, in moist peat-based medium (in which they seem to germ best). Be patient and let them have plenty of time to sprout.
