Senshu Mizunasu is a type of eggplant or aubergine found in Senshu, the southernmost part of Osaka Prefecture. The fruits measure about 4-7 inches in length and have soft, succulent flesh. Some use this eggie for pickling, and I like to brush it with miso and grill it.
