“Sungold Select II” is a vigorous plant, and sets a profusion of fat, soft, juicy orange cherries. The taste for me was mild; however, it rained a great deal during fruit ripening. A friend who also grew it this year reported excellent flavor.
Sungold Select II is an open-pollinated version of the Sungold F1 hybrid, grown and selected by Reinhard Kraft of Neukirchen, Germany .
