  • “Bunny Blues” is an original creation by Bunny Hop Seeds. She is the big sister to Chubby Bunny. Bunny Blues produces fat, 0.65 oz bright yellow cherries with purple anthocyanin tops when exposed to bright light in cool conditions. I can’t decide if this is a big micro-dwarf or a very compact balcony dwarf. In a 2-gallon pot she grows to 14 inches tall. In a 1-gallon pot she reached 12″ tall. I will grow her in a 7-gallon pot to try to nail down her true height potential. For right now I will list her as a compact balcony dwarf that can be grown as a micro-dwarf in a small pot. Bunny Blues was definitely shorter than Bunny Hop or Naked Bunny. This variety is from the Pinocchio Orange x Clackamas Blueberry cross that I made in 2017. The cherries are meaty with excellent texture and balanced flavor, a little less acid when overwatered after breaker. NOTE: One packet per order please.
