Rejina Yellow

“Rejina Yellow” is said to have been developed (along with Rejina) by the Sakata Seed Company. I cannot find it listed separately in the company’s website; I can only find the yellow cherry in “Rejina Mix” Sakata seed packets of red and yellow micro-dwarf cherry tomatoes. I cannot be certain then that these are sister lines, but it seems reasonable that a company would put sister lines of the same name in a mix of red and yellow cherries. Rejina Yellow and Rejina both had teensy little nipple tips on the fruits. I have not seen this in other photos, but it was consistent in both red and yellow Rejina varieties I trialed. The flavors were similar, with the Rejina Yellow fruits being perhaps just a bit sweeter for me.
