“Titmouse” (Sinichka; синичка) is a cute little micro-dwarf tomato from the Russian seed company Gavrish. It grows to 10-12″ tall in full sun and produces lots and lots of fat, juicy 0.5 to 0.75 oz cherries that have a sweet and refreshing flavor, not heavy or musky after swallowing. Titmouse did extremely well for me in productivity until August, when the plants themselves died. August usually does most of my micro-dwarf tomatoes in, with its high insect load, disease potential, humidity, and heat. I imagine that this tomato grown indoors or in better climates would be a heavy producer indeed.
