“Ubatuba Cambuci Spice Pepper” is a pretty little bell-shaped pepper from Brazil that has less heat than I thought it would. Some resources state that Cambuci and Bishop’s Crown or Bishop’s Cap are the same pepper and have quite a bit of heat. Other resources indicate that Ubatuna is a strain of Cambuci pepper that has very little spiciness. This variety had mild heat and was very tasty. I enjoyed it as a seasoning pepper, as I did Santa Lucia Island variety.
