“Wee Tang Shebang” is a variety created by Tom Wagner. It is one of the few for which I cannot find cross parents information. This is a great variety for someone to grow when just starting out in tomato growing endeavors. Wee Tang Shebang makes a vigorous plant, sets abundant fruit, and can take some neglect. In fact, I am marking this one as heat tolerant, because it continued to set fruit in temps in the low to mid-90s.
The fruits are a cute shape, rather like little dumpy sacks. The flavor, if not overwatered, is very good, strong with sugar and acid.
