“Chibikko” is a micro-dwarf variety from Japan. The fruits are squatty and cute, red and shiny cherries. The flavor is a bit more tart than sweet, and the flesh remains firm but not crunchy into full ripeness. This variety has grown up to about 15” tall for me in a 5 gallon pot. In a 1 gallon pot, the plant tops at about 10-12” but produces extremely well for such a small plant.
